To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the k365 platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or losses resulting from platform downtime or interruption.
k365's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their k365 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
k365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or where account closure is required to comply with k365's legal or regulatory obligations. In the event of closure due to a breach, k365 may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation.
You may close your k365 account at any time by contacting k365 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. k365 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts where permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k365 holds its gaming license. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
